PNW Pest Alert Network - SMS Terms & Conditions

Program Description: PNW Pest Alert Network provides timely, region-specific text notifications to growers, agricultural professionals, and land managers regarding insect, weed, and disease outbreaks across the Pacific Northwest.

User Opt-In: Users opt in to receive text alerts by registering an account and providing explicit consent on pnwpestalert.net.

User Opt-Out: You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text "STOP" to the number sending the alerts. After you send the SMS message "STOP" to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us.

Help & Support: If you are experiencing issues with the messaging program, you can reply with the keyword "HELP" for more assistance, or contact our support team at jemila@uidaho.edu.

Cost & Frequency: Message & data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. Message frequency varies depending on seasonal agricultural conditions and pest pressures.

Carriers: Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
